limbic system healing
WHAT IS A LIMBIC SYSTEM?
The limbic system is a grouping of brain structures that lives in the middle level part of the brain, above the brain stem and below our neocortex. These structures are involved in many basic and elevated human activities and experiences, including: motivation, emotion, perception, learning, and memory.
WHO MIGHT BENEFIT FROM THIS TYPE OF WORK?
Anyone who desires a greater sense of wellbeing at their very core. Limbic system healing, and the brain plasticity practice inherent in the healing, may have a marked positive impact on the lives and experiences of people who suffer from:
minor to moderate sleep challenges
chronic/auto-immune disorders + conditions (CFS, MCS, POTS, Lyme, Lupus, Fibromyalgia, and perhaps others)
mental health challenges (anxiety, depression, panic attacks)
a general sense of loss of joy or ease in one's life
WHAT MIGHT BE GAINED THROUGH THIS TYPE OF PRACTICE?
Many who have taken part in the amazing work (via in-person seminars, books, or at-home DVD programs) of Annie Hopper, Rick Hanson, Ashok Gupta, Dan Neuffer, and/or Phil Parker's Lightning Process, among others, have reported incredible results and radically changed lives.
I have experienced firsthand the life-affirming transformation of going from surviving with an impaired limbic system to stepping into truly living and creating with a rehabilitated limbic system. These programs are each unique in their own way, and I am grateful to offer my own highly unique program, forming limbic system healing curriculum tailored to your needs.
